Responsibilities:
- Immediate and flawless handling of all customer inquiries, orders, and correspondence.
- Coordination and responsibility for ongoing promotional and advertising actions for our clients.
- Comprehensive processing of customer claims and penalties in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Professional management of prices and conditions, along with regular updates of customer master data.
- Analysis of product availability and delivery timelines in collaboration with planning and logistics.
Candidate Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training.
- Several years of professional experience in customer service and/or order management.
- Excellent communication skills, essential for close collaboration with sales and customers.
- Friendly and proactive attitude towards our clients.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Precise and detail-oriented work ethic while being a team player and always ready to go the extra mile.
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written (European level C1).
