Responsibilities:



  • Immediate and flawless handling of all customer inquiries, orders, and correspondence.
  • Coordination and responsibility for ongoing promotional and advertising actions for our clients.
  • Comprehensive processing of customer claims and penalties in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • Professional management of prices and conditions, along with regular updates of customer master data.
  • Analysis of product availability and delivery timelines in collaboration with planning and logistics.

Candidate Profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training.
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service and/or order management.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for close collaboration with sales and customers.
  • Friendly and proactive attitude towards our clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Precise and detail-oriented work ethic while being a team player and always ready to go the extra mile.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written (European level C1).
