As an Exchange Expert, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and 

continuous improvement of an Exchange email infrastructure (On-Premises/Hybrid). You will 

serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on all aspects of email services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day operations of the Exchange environment (On-Premises and 
• Hybrid).
• Acting as the primary technical authority for all email-related services.
• Leading service improvement initiatives across related systems and components.
• Contributing to project delivery and execution within planning frameworks.
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation, support procedures, and upgrade schedules.
• Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Exchange infrastructure, with a focus on 
• performance, reliability, and security.
• Conducting regular system health checks and developing automated monitoring 
• solutions.
• Applying deep technical knowledge in the design, deployment, and support of Microsoft 
• Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments.

Your profile:

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience (5+ years) in complex infrastructure environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange (2010 to Online versions).
• Proven skills in administration, configuration, and migration of Exchange environments 
• (including on-premises to cloud transitions).
• Experience in large-scale Exchange and multi-tenant Active Directory infrastructures.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting abilities.
• Solid understanding of networking components (load balancing, firewalls, etc.).
• Experience supporting critical systems in a 24/7 context.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and agile methodologies (Agile, SAFe).
• Fluent in English (C1); French is an asset.
• Certifications such as Microsoft MCSE are a plus.
• Additional skills considered a plus: SQL, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Proofpoint, 
• Splunk, Active Directory architecture.
