Receptionist - Admin Support - Windhof

Our client, a global solutions provider in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a Receptionist to support their team for at least 6 months to a permanent contract. The successful candidate will greet visitors and provide administrative support to the Management Team at their Headquarters.

Your Responsibilities:



Visitor Management:


  • Welcome and register visitors, direct them to the appropriate contact.
  • Manage the opening of the garage and main entrance.
  • Telephone Handling:
  • Receive, filter, and transfer calls.
  • Take and forward messages.


Mail and Email Management:


  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Monitor the info mailbox and distribute emails.
  • Travel and Meeting Coordination:


Book and prepare meeting rooms.


  • Order lunches for meetings.
  • Arrange hotel, restaurant, and flight bookings.
  • Handle visa invitation letters and expense reports.


Purchasing:


  • Enter purchase requisitions in SAP.
  • Order office supplies and manage goods receipt in SAP.


Office Management:


  • Manage access badges.
  • Monitor office equipment usage.
  • Update office phone list and manage parking.

Your profile :



  • Experience in reception / administrative support / customer service role 
  • Good knowledge of MS office tools 
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Natural concern for high standard and quality
  • Forward thinking
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Languages: English and French any other language is a plus.
