We are looking for a trainee for the position of Recruitment Assistant. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance team in all stages of the recruitment process. Your main responsibilities will include advertising vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates. You will also assist in the accurate recording of data, the follow-up of applications and the preparation of reports on recruitment activities, while respecting institutional, legal and procedural guidelines.




We are located on Avenue de la Liberté, making it easy to get to our office. In addition, we offer flexible working hours to better reconcile professional and personal life, and we work in an open space encouraging collaboration and the exchange of ideas.


Your responsibilities:



As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work with and support the Finance team.



  • Daily management of the team's mailbox.
  • Organize and schedule interviews for recruiters.
  • Meet and greet the various stakeholders (temporary workers, consultants, candidates, customers) in person and by telephone.
  • Manage the team's weekly schedule
  • Conduct interviews with profiles corresponding to open positions, both by videoconference and face-to-face.
  • Participate actively in forums.
  • Keep database up to date.
  • Process and manage unsolicited applications.

Your profile:



  • Initial experience in human resources is required.
  • Excellent command of French and very good command of English.
  • You are currently preparing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources.
  • Autonomous, well-organized, structured, rigorous, creative.
  • Dynamic and energetic.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Teamwork and initiative will be appreciated. 

This is a one-year internship for which an internship agreement will be required. We are looking for a trainee with a 4-day company/ 1-day school schedule or full time for a 6-month contract starting in 2025.
