Our client, a public institution is looking for a Administrative/Procurement Officer starting as soon as possible for 6 months. The institution is located in Belval.

Your Responsabilities:
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team, assisting with day-to-day activities and operations.
- Organise and maintain procurement documents, records, and files.
- Ensure smooth communication between procurement team members, internal departments, and external vendors.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks related to purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier communications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Contribute to the coordination of meetings, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required.
Your Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: First experience in procurement or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Languages: English: Good knowledge (spoken and written). French: Native speaker or fluency required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
