Located in heart of Luxembourg city center, in this role, you will also be involved in fund administration, investor relations, and transaction execution for large infrastructure and renewable energy funds.

Responsibilities
Transaction Execution & Financial Oversight:
- Support complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, refinancing, mergers, and derivative transactions.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, asset management, and external advisors to ensure smooth execution of fund operations.
Fund & Entity Management:
- Lead cash distribution processes, including forecasting and documentation preparation.
- Oversee financial reporting processes, liaising with service providers and internal teams to ensure compliance with local and group requirements.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash position monitoring, payments, and foreign exchange transactions.
Regulatory & Compliance Support:
- Ensure Luxembourg entities comply with regulatory and tax obligations by working closely with accountants, auditors, and central administration teams.
- Participate in board meetings, providing financial insights and ensuring strong governance.
Process Improvement & Business Advisory:
- Identify and drive process enhancements within the finance function.
- Stay up to date on accounting regulations and financial best practices to optimize operational efficiencies.
Profile
- Degree in finance, audit, or accounting
- 6 to 8 years of experience in accounting, audit, or in a similar role in Luxembourg at SPV & Holding company level
- Proactive with good communication skills
- Fluent English, and other languages are considered an advantage
