Your Responsibilities :

• Enhance the reliability of equipment
• Track machine performance metrics (MTTR, MTBF)
• Assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Develop a long-term plan for upgrading plant equipment
• Support the implementation of new machinery
• Be a key player in the continuous improvement process to boost plant efficiency
• Serve as the primary contact for machine suppliers
• Suggest initiatives to reduce energy usage
• Identify cutting-edge technologies for equipment modernization
• Help production achieve their performance goals
• Implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Your Profile :

• Master's degree in engineering (electrical/electronics) or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance department
• Knowledge of Siemens PLC is a plus
• Fluency in French, English and Italian
• Passionate about technology and sustainable industrial development
• Autonomous, meticulous, and organized, with strong analytical and synthesis skills
