Our client, a public institution is looking for a Procurement Officer starting as soon as possible for 1 year. The institution is located in Belval.

Your Responsibilities :


  • Assist with the management of existing contracts and input in the negotiation of new major contracts at the instiution and focus on Facility management, Services and Communication and Events
  • Identify, select, evaluate and manage suppliers associated to the commodities in charge of Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers Evaluate bids and make recommendations
  • Provide professional advice and support on all matters relating to procurement 
  • Draft documents required for public procurement procedures


Your Profile:


  • Master degree
  • Experience in procurement administration
  • Proficient in SAP
  • French is your mother tongue
  • English: Fluent in a business context
