Responsabilities:
- Encoding in the ERP system in place
- Technical data, prices, customer data, delivery notes, invoicing of goods and services, orders
- Commercial follow-up
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding:
- Open orders, lead times, delivery dates.
- Ensure the link between production/logistics/purchasing.
- Participate in weekly meetings with customers to get information on.
- Transport and production planning, customer needs, liaison with the departments involved.
- Provide statistics and inventory to customers
- Other tasks:
- Follow-up of production and transport
- Take interest in the technical needs to produce our products
- Commercial filing
- Preparation of files for meetings or customer visits
- Follow-up with customers for open invoices
- Translations
- As part of a team, holding the telephone exchange
Candidature Profile:
- Fluent in English, French, and German,
- Initial experience in the commercial field,
- Experience in the industrial sector,
- Strong desire for long-term development and continuous learning
