Our client, a leading international company in the wholesale goods industry, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their team. If you have excellent negotiation skills and are fluent in German, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a global industry leader!


Your responsabilities:



  • Establish and maintain long-term commercial relationships with fixed clients in a specific geographical area.
  • Analyze and monitor area performance, implementing actions aligned with company strategy to achieve volume and SOM growth.
  • Develop and execute area business plans.
  • Analyze shop-level performance, creating tailored action plans, and adjusting as needed.
  • Conduct basic cycle activities to ensure product availability, presence, and sales performance.
  • Communicate market information (client, product, competition) within legal limits to evaluate and adjust strategies.
  • Strengthen deals and activation programs by coaching and engaging retailers and their staff; coordinate business reviews with key retailers.
  • Manage daily and specific administrative tasks to support predetermined activities.
  • Monitor stock movements and take corrective actions when errors occur.
