Sanne started working with LHH as Country Manager in March 2018. She previously worked at Monster World Wide for 11 years, where she was a Member of the Executive Management Team. In her role as Senior Sales Manager, she was responsible for leading the implementation of the Group's corporate strategy at a local level.
With her strong international background, she has a proven ability to identify market, product and service offering growth opportunities to consistently deliver enterprise value and tangible revenue impact. She understands how to build brand reputation and diversify the portfolio to meet client needs and capture increased market share. She is a skilled leader and relationship manager.
Eva has been working with Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland since May 2017 as Marketing & Communications Manager. In her role, she is responsible for increasing Lee Hecht Harrison’s brand awareness and visibility in the market, both online and offline. She also supports Sales by making sure the right and relevant corporate messaging is available through various (mostly digital) materials. Besides, she takes care of Lee Hecht Harrison Netherland’s internal and external communication.
Before joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Eva has gained five years of marketing and communications at a financial services company and law firm, in both a global and local role. She enjoys setting up a vision with strategy, making sure this is supported by the business, and achieve set goals. Her creative way of thinking helps her to look at challenges differently, turning problems into possibilities.
Arianne has been working off and on for LHH since 2011, both in a freelance and permanent employment role. Apart from her work at LHH, Arianne is also an entrepreneur and has her own coaching company. Throughout her career, both inside and outside of LHH, she has gained broad experience as a coach, trainer, project leader and organizational advisor.
Her strong fascination for personal development and how, when very different people join forces, they become stronger than ever, is what motivates her every day. When helping talents, she always has a sharp eye for setting realistic goals and uses her knowledge on the job market to keep challenging them.
Arianne is NLP master practitioner and is TSI and TMA certified.
In her role as Talent Manager at Lee Hecht Harrison, Esther focuses on advising, informing, training and coaching talent and clients about employability and Workforce Transformation.
Through years of broad experience in the field of recruitment, career and talent development, training and consulting, Esther gives talent insights in their job market value and development opportunities.
She also motivates them to get control over their career path and take control over their own sustainable employability on today’s job market. With her knowledge on trends and developments within several areas, jobs and sectors, she advises talent in profiling a strong Personal Brand and connects them to hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
Fotigui started working at Lee Hecht Harrison in July 2017 as Business Development Manager. In this role, he advises employers about possible HR solutions related to sustainable employability, change management, career transition, employee engagement and leadership development.
Prior to this, he worked as Account Manager Corporate Training at the ‘Onderwijsgroep Noordwest-Holland’. He advised employers on various education possibilities for employees and developed customized (in company) programs, in close collaboration with his clients. Fotigui’s hobbies are football and fitness.
He also likes to spend time with his family and enjoys listening to music. He speaks Dutch, English and French.
As Office Manager for our office in Amsterdam, Mi-Ja basically takes care of everything. She likes it when both colleagues and guests have all they need and everything runs smoothly.
Her responsibilities vary from welcoming guests and ordering paperclips to planning office activities such as our workshops and webinars. Mi-Ja completed two studies at Schoevers, after which she lived in London for some time to develop her English.
Nicole has over 27 years of experience in the employment industry. She worked at Adecco (Lee Hecht Harrison's parent company) in the temporary employment industry and as interim recruiter at various organizations.
At Adecco, she started as a consultant and grew towards the role of branch manager, being responsible for various branches of Adecco and Onsite locations and managing a team of consultants. Her switch to Corporate Recruitment has further expanded her knowledge of the recruitment process in organizations.
During her career, Nicole has gained insights in many organizations in various industries. As a result, she has a great knowledge of different sectors and knows what is happening in the job market. Throughout her career, Nicole has come across many jobseekers with various backgrounds. Many have found a job with her help. As a result, she contributed to, as Nicole says so herself, a little piece of someone’s happiness.
The knowledge she has gained over the years, is very useful in her current job at Lee Hecht Harrison to help talents to create their personal brand and to connect them with the labor market using her knowledge and broad experience.
Service, with a successful outcome for every individual, is a daily responsibility that she fully takes on. Working with and for people is not just Nicole’s passion; for her, this has become a way of life.
In her personal life she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She guides her children, who are young adults, in their search on finding a job or choosing the right education and helping them to make good choices. This way there is a connection between her work and her personal life in which she found the perfect balance.
Rianne has over 20 years working experience in the HR service industry. As career professional, she coaches, advises and trains talents in developing sustainable career- and interviewing skills. She is also involved with challenging projects within Lee Hecht Harrison, such as setting up tailor made training programs, optimizing quality- and operational processes, tools and materials.
Talent and customer focus always lies at the heart of everything she does! Educated in People and Labor, Rianne developed herself through the employment and recruitment industry, where she always strived for result driven mediation and placement. More and more she found that she, especially for jobseekers, wanted to make a difference in their search rather than only looking at vacancies she had available for them. This is why she consciously chose to become a coach and trainer; a role in which she can still use her knowledge on recruitment and the labor market to help talent. And successfully so! Making sure our talents start their journey towards a new job energized and confidently is a personal mission for Rianne, every day. Rianne speaks Dutch and English.
Organizing and helping, that is Sanne loves to do. She started working at Lee Hecht Harrison in 2006 as Office Manager for our office in Eindhoven.
In 2015, she switched to a back office role; her skilled level of supporting and facilitating operational matters and projects is vital for this role. Her approach is always very personal, with attention to personal needs when it comes to our service offering. Sanne likes to do sports and loves to travel and spend time with her family. She speaks Dutch and English.
Tamara has been working with Lee Hecht Harrison since February 2016 at the Client Services department. Her job is to support our Business Development Managers from A to Z. Think for and with them. This varies from making proposals and presentations to preparing client meetings.
Tamara is also first point of contact for several clients and talents. Managing processes and all administrative tasks that come with that are also part of her role, supporting the team to deliver the best quality services to our clients.
Therese joined Lee Hecht Harrison two years ago as Business Development Manager and, partly, trainer-coach. Before joining Lee Hecht Harrison she worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 25 years in various jobs. These roles mainly focused on sales, coaching, training and development.
Therese loves to enthuse and motivate people so that they are the best they can be. She enjoins working as a team to achieve shared goals. She supports clients with restructuring, employee engagement, sustainable employability, doing everything possible to find the solution that really answers the clients’ question and helps them. The combination of, on the one hand an individual and on the other the client, is what drives her every day and is exactly what Lee Hecht Harrison does.
As Director Talent Development, Thiza is responsible for the strategy and development of our services for Talent Development. She has a strong focus on innovation and always looks for solutions that help our clients achieve the desired results, while enabling managers and employees to perform and/or develop themselves to the best of their abilities.
Thirza has over 10 years’ experience in Talent Development and has designed, sold and implemented tailor made programs for clients in various industries. Prior to her current role, Thirza was Subject Matter Expert in Change & Employee Engagement and Lead Manager of Professional Services EMEA. In these roles, the focus was to grow both our Talent Development and Outplacement services by consistently implementing the programs according to the highest quality standards. She initiated a research on Sustainable Employability and wrote a whitepaper and various articles on the outcome.
Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Thirza worked for several years as a family coach and trainer in youth care where she helped teenagers and their parents. Making a difference to youth in disadvantaged situations is something Thirza has never let go of and, as an ambassador to Win4Youth, she now combines this with her great passion for sport. Thirza speaks Dutch and English.
Jurgen joined Lee Hecht Harrison as Business Development Manager in July 2018.
Prior to this, he worked for more than 5 years as a Product Manager for an importer / wholesaler of video intercom systems, access control solutions, camera security systems and products for building automation. He was responsible for the residential building segment and linchpin between sales, technology, purchasing, marketing and customers and suppliers.
Jurgen likes to be in contact with people. He is able to level with whoever is in front of him, which makes him a good conversation partner, at different levels and within multiple fields of expertise. He strives to assist relations, as a partner / advisor, in solving (complex) issues (consultative selling).
He experiences LHH as a warm organization, with driven professionals who are result-oriented and are focused on bringing candidates to a different or better position on the labor market.
Jurgen is a fanatic athlete; running, cycling, fitness, skiing and he likes to play golf to relax and clear his head. He describes himself as someone who likes good food and the occasional drink with friends and family in his time.
