As Director Talent Development, Thiza is responsible for the strategy and development of our services for Talent Development. She has a strong focus on innovation and always looks for solutions that help our clients achieve the desired results, while enabling managers and employees to perform and/or develop themselves to the best of their abilities.
Thirza has over 10 years’ experience in Talent Development and has designed, sold and implemented tailor made programs for clients in various industries. Prior to her current role, Thirza was Subject Matter Expert in Change & Employee Engagement and Lead Manager of Professional Services EMEA. In these roles, the focus was to grow both our Talent Development and Outplacement services by consistently implementing the programs according to the highest quality standards. She initiated a research on Sustainable Employability and wrote a whitepaper and various articles on the outcome.
Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Thirza worked for several years as a family coach and trainer in youth care where she helped teenagers and their parents. Making a difference to youth in disadvantaged situations is something Thirza has never let go of and, as an ambassador to Win4Youth, she now combines this with her great passion for sport. Thirza speaks Dutch and English.
Fotigui started working at Lee Hecht Harrison in July 2017 as Business Development Manager. In this role, he advises employers about possible HR solutions related to sustainable employability, change management, career transition, employee engagement and leadership development.
Prior to this, he worked as Account Manager Corporate Training at the ‘Onderwijsgroep Noordwest-Holland’. He advised employers on various education possibilities for employees and developed customized (in company) programs, in close collaboration with his clients. Fotigui’s hobbies are football and fitness.
He also likes to spend time with his family and enjoys listening to music. He speaks Dutch, English and French.
Therese joined Lee Hecht Harrison two years ago as Business Development Manager and, partly, trainer-coach. Before joining Lee Hecht Harrison she worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 25 years in various jobs. These roles mainly focused on sales, coaching, training and development.
Therese loves to enthuse and motivate people so that they are the best they can be. She enjoins working as a team to achieve shared goals. She supports clients with restructuring, employee engagement, sustainable employability, doing everything possible to find the solution that really answers the clients’ question and helps them. The combination of, on the one hand an individual and on the other the client, is what drives her every day and is exactly what Lee Hecht Harrison does.
Georg is responsible for the APAC operations of Lee Hecht Harrison, one of the global divisions of the Adecco Group. He is a member of the Lee Hecht Harrison Executive Committee.
Georg, based in Sydney, has worked in consulting, global executive search, HR outsourcing and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison in 2013 he worked for one of the leading Australian Human Resource Outsourcing firms (Peoplescout) providing Human Resource Outsourcing and Talent Management Consulting services and a range of outsourced IT solutions to the Asia Pacific market. Georg hold university degrees in both economics as well as Strategic Human Resource Management (M.A. with honors).
