Debbie has over 19 years experience working with organisations and people from a wide range of industry, seniority and cultural perspectives in the areas of managing change due to organisational restructure and the associated career transition. 

Debbie provides on-site support, individual programmes and facilitated group workshops to staff and managers, offering practical information on managing change, dealing with stress and practical job readiness skills.

She is passionate about supporting and encouraging her clients in more effective future advancement by up-skilling their job search techniques, assessing their personal strengths, identifying their values, motivators and skill sets, boosting confidence and engendering a more positive outlook.

Emma is an experienced Solution Architect and Organisational Transformation Consultant.  She has worked closely with Leadership teams in India, China, Singapore, and Australia to design, develop and facilitate organisational transformation programs that include Leadership Development, Organisational Transformation, Competency Development and Knowledge Transfer.  

She has worked in Senior leadership positions both locally and regionally and has worked intensively with Leadership teams to build and execute business strategies from Sales, Resourcing and Logistic and People Management.

Her experience in Organisational Transformation and Culture Change also extends to coaching and mentoring.

Fiona joined LHH in 2015, moving from her role in the Adecco Group as Accountant for Ajilon Consulting. Fiona is originally from Ireland, is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.

Prior to Lee Hecht Harrison; Francisca was with DuPont Sustainable Solutions, the consulting business of DuPont where she worked with clients and DuPont Senior Leaders as the Marketing and Communication Manager. Francisca has proven success in life sciences research, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, where she served in R&D and Clinical Operations/Management. She has a strong problem solving and decision making background with the ability to engage cross-functional teams to create and implement effective process improvements and business solutions under tight deadlines. Francisca is driven, motivated to succeed and thrives on executing complex projects.

As Country Manager for Lee Hecht Harrison in New Zealand, Sake works with Managing Directors, senior HR managers and other key stakeholders to plan, negotiate and implement large scale restructures, downsizes and career management projects spanning the public and private sectors, covering all industries. He is constantly seeking new and innovative ways to improve the customer experience, whether that is through leading edge reporting solutions or new innovations which enhance the employee experience.

Before joining Lee Hecht Harrison as Country Manager, Sake worked for American Express Advisory Services, providing a mix of management consultancy and e-commerce solutions. In his 9 years with American Express, Sake worked for the business both in EMEA as well as the Asia-Pacific area.   

During his time with LHH Sake has worked with a large number of organisations including Fonterra, BNZ, Hewlett Packard, Unilever, SAP, PepsiCo and Sanford. His partnership with the HR community has ensured that the best possible outcome was delivered to both the organisation and the employee, whether it be for a small or large scale project.

Sake is a Graduate from the Maastricht School of Management in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
