Bill is the Global Practice Leader for Lee Hecht Harrison’s International Center for Executive Options (ICEO). Bill built and leads this unique senior leader boutique career advisory practice that provides high-touch leadership transformation support to organizations and their leaders. He does this with a unique perspective of their issue & concerns coupled with insightful solutions to moving forward with their business missions, their leaders, and their brands. 

 

Earlier in his career, Bill was a CEO, COO, Group Executive, business leader, and attorney at companies that included Nabisco Brands, Culbro, and Fleetwood Snacks, Inc. 

Bill received a Master’s Degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, a Juris Doctorate from the Stetson University College of Law, and a BS from Florida State University.

Reuben Cohen is the International Center for Executive Options (ICEO) Practice Lead for the USA. Reuben has built and leads a boutique practice that provides high-touch leadership transformation support to organizations and their leaders through various change initiatives. He offers organizations a unique combination of strategic thinking with a call to action that supports their business missions, their leaders, and their brands. 

 

Earlier in his career, Reuben was a Managing Director at Bankers Trust. He received an MBA from the Wharton School and an A.B. from Brown University.

Maureen Quinn

Maureen Quinn is Senior Vice President, International Center for Executive Options, Practice Leader Canada, responsible for the development and growth of the ICEO practice at Lee Hecht Harrison KnightsbridgeHer extensive experience in executive roles includes business development, strategic planning, media relations, financial management, operations and project management.  Her strong background at global recruiting and staffing firms, including start-ups, mature businesses, and turnarounds, makes her a valuable partner to executives in developing and implementing effective search strategies to achieve their goals.

   

Most recently, Maureen was the Head of US Operations and Administration at Egon Zehnder, a leading global executive search and consulting firm. There she developed and implemented a series of initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, improve productivity and enhance profitability. 

 

Earlier, as a Global Account Director at Drake Beam Morin, Inc. (purchased by Lee Hecht Harrison, LLC in 2011), she managed large accounts and exceeded her targets each year. Prior to Drake Beam, she was a Senior Partner at the global firm Executive Interim Management (EIM) where she developed strategic relationships with executive decision makers and placed senior executives.

 

Maureen’s business career began with her 24 year tenure at Manpower Inc. (now ManpowerGroup) as VP/GM of Canadian Operations in Toronto. She ultimately became SVP, Eastern US Operations, responsible for 478 company owned branches and for supporting the franchise organization. She had full P&L responsibility for $1.3 billion in revenue, 1,300 permanent staff and over 20,000 associates. She was a member of the global leadership team.

  

Maureen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Windsor in Canada, and her training includes the Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD. In addition, she is a member of the CEO Trust and volunteers with Larchmont Friends of the Family. She is on the board of Circle of Care, an organization that supports children with cancer and their families.

Frances has headed up the Senior Directors Unit since 2005. Prior to this she has held a number of senior roles, including that of Group International Director and Managing Director of Penna Sanders and Sidney, where she was also a plc Board member. Frances has held a number of non-executive roles outside the group in the financial, charitable and educational sector and is a frequent commentator on senior executive issues on radio, television and in national and specialist press. Her early career was spent in the retail and consumer goods sector in buying, marketing and general management roles.

Outside work she is a keen runner having completed numerous half marathons and marathons.

Rafal Szaniawski is a Peer Advisor with the International Center for Executive Options (ICEO) where he works with senior leaders to guide and support them through successful career transitions as well as their leadership development journey.  

 

His extensive experience includes learning and development and transformational roles within financial services and consulting where he was responsible for global development and reorganization projects aimed at building learning centered organizations, developing people capabilities and strengthening governance and processes.

Most recently, Rafal was the Chief Learning Officer at Deloitte Switzerland and previously Vice President, Compliance at Barclays Bank where he programme managed the training curriculum for 180,000 employees globally as well as leadership capability programme for Compliance. He worked closely with the Board and Executive Team to ensure the organization was prepared with leaders for the future.

 

Rafal has been acting as mentor and coach throughout his professional career, helping colleagues and internal clients at various stages of their career to grow and perform better as well as identify the best career paths. He is particularly interested in developing leadership qualities and behaviors that nurture organizational and personal growth.

Rafal earned his Master of Arts in Culture Studies from the Warsaw University in Poland and completed his postgraduate studies in management at the Warsaw School of Economics. His training includes the Executive Coaching at the Cambridge University and Co-Active Coaching with The Coaches Training Institute in London. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments in London.

Reinhard Shafer leads the International Center for Executive Options (ICEO) practice for Germany.

 

Reinhard is a TÜV-certified business coach and management consultant. He advises and assists management with all business-related matters. One of his areas of expertise is assisting executives with change management. He has extensive personal experience with managing change processes. 

 

Prior to LHH, he spent many years in a variety of management positions at Deutsche Lufthansa AG. Most recently, as the CEO of the subsidiary, Lufthansa Revenue Services GmbH.

During his management activities, he personally managed and successfully implemented a number of restructuring and change projects, including on the international stage. His management responsibilities for large employee groups also required extensive involvement with human resources matters, in particular executive development.
