Financial Controller

Opis klienta:

For our Client – one of the world’s leading soft drinks manufacturers – we are currently seeking candidates to join a dynamically growing international organization.

Place of work: Manufacturing Plant located 50 km south of Warsaw, with very good and fast transport connections.

Profil kandydata:

• Higher education degree, preferably in finance, economics, controlling, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in controlling, financial analysis, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in working with numerical data and formulating business conclusions and recommendations
• Independence, good work organization skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; experience with SAP will be an additional asset
• Willingness to cooperate with teams outside the finance and controlling area (e.g. production, logistics, sales, accounting)
• Practical knowledge of English enabling fluent verbal and written communication

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

• Analysis and control of Supply Chain operating costs, including planning, logistics, warehousing, and transportation processes
• Preparation of regular management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Supply Chain area
• Support of budgeting and forecasting processes related to operational costs and optimization initiatives
• Identification and analysis of cost variances and initiation of actions aimed at improving financial efficiency
• Cross-functional cooperation with production, planning, logistics, and procurement teams to improve processes and reduce costs
• Oversight of inventory management, including analysis of stock turnover, reserve levels, and inventory write-offs
• Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and support in cost calculations and pricing offers
