Junior Financial Controller

Opis klienta:

For growing real estate company we are looking for candidate on Junior Financial Controller (f/m/x) position.

Profil kandydata:

• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage complex issues and recommend practical solutions
• Confidence in handling data sets and performing detailed analytical work
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and translate findings into business actions
• Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with Low-Code platforms, including Query M and DAX
• Advanced user knowledge of SAP

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

• Collect and analyze training completion data to develop monthly tracking reports for training plans
• Create and distribute weekly updates on training progress
• Produce and share evaluation reports, including both immediate and follow-up feedback
• Track attendance issues and report on absences for mandatory training sessions
• Review monthly performance metrics and deliver insights with relevant commentary
• Drive initiatives to enhance team efficiency through process and tool improvements
• Execute operational tasks primarily within the SAP environment
• Consolidate and establish KPIs related to training effectiveness and delivery
• Support the development of training documentation and learning materials covering organizational, process, and system topics
