Market Director
Our client is a multinational travel experience company.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Management and Business Expansion – Responsible for revenue and gross margin growth, ensuring the execution of global and regional strategies, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening market presence.
- Strategic Planning and Market Positioning – Identification of growth opportunities, competitive landscape monitoring, and development of strategies aligned with global directives to maximize market performance.
- Client Management and Account Development – Expansion, retention, and strengthening of relationships with key clients, ensuring sustainable growth and aligning operations with global best practices in account management.
- Product Development and Solution Launches – Identification of market trends, collaboration with Product and Technology teams, and implementation of new solutions aligned with client needs and growth opportunities.
- Leadership, Team Management, and Company Representation – Talent development, recruitment, and retention, ensuring alignment with global strategies, while also representing the company in industry events and strengthening its market reputation.
Requirements:
- Experience in working as a Managing Director, Country Lead or Senior leader with a track record of delivering success.
- Experience in Commercial and/or Business Development areas in the Travel Experience or Financial Services segment.
- Solid people development and relationship management experience.
- Experience in working in highly matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent English.
