Shawn's key focus is to be a strategic thinking partner with clients, driving organisational strategy through the marriage of traditional and digital approaches to better meet market demands. Through his consultative approach, Shawn’s main goal is to transform organisations into being change resilient and change ready in the talent development space.
Previously at the Collinson Group, Shawn has helped clients and partners identify current gaps in their loyalty marketing framework in relation to their business objectives. Through his expertise in harnessing actionable insights from Big Data, Shawn then developed customer-centric solutions that bring together engagement, technology, and customer management – in line with evolving trends in diverse industries.
Shawn was Client Services Manager at Miller Heiman Group, part of TwentyEighty in the performance improvement space including brands like Omega Performance, Strategy Execution, and AchieveForum. He had been responsible for developing and managing end-to-end talent development systems and solutions for organisations in IT, oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceutical, and government sectors. Shawn also worked closely with clients to ensure the effective management of customer records and measurement data.
Karen Lee is the first point of contact for all clients of LHH Singapore in her capacity as Candidate Services Manager. She has a primary responsibility for candidate’s engagement; where she was recognised with the President’s Award recently.
She supports both operations and business development by partnering successfully with delivery consultants and global colleagues in the business.
Ramya is a talent promoter with LHH. Her primary responsibility would be to connect talent with head-hunters and talent acquisition community while providing market updates and advice to senior level candidates as well.
Her passion lies in establishing quality long term connections and helping to bridge the gap between a candidate’s transition stage to their landing stage.
Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Ramya has built a solid foundation in the Kelly Services/PersolKelly BTI Executive Search group focusing on mid to senior level technical assignments in the Engineering industry. Among the positions which she fulfilled, encompasses highly niche roles like Olefins Process Specialist, Project Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer, Innovation and Product Development Engineer, amongst other technical and specialized roles.
Melissa’s main responsibility will be helping to reposition company’s brand in Singapore’s market through developing and driving a digital marketing strategy, events planning and delivering though leadership to client. In addition, she also takes on the role of project management and providing sales support when needed.
