She has lived and worked in Southeast Asia, Europe and Americas.

Andrew works with clients to initiate, design and implement solutions to address their most pressing business challenges. He provides subject matter expertise in program design to leverage LHH talent development solutions as well as providing thought leadership on talent management processes. A native of the UK, Andrew has been in APAC for 19 years (and Singapore for 16). Never take him to karaoke.

Rachel Chong

Customer Success Manager

Rachel main responsibility will be in managing the delivery of client projects, providing accurate attention to detail reporting both internally and externally. She is also building and developing internal stakeholder relationships, facilitating the effective working of sales teams and other regional colleagues. Besides that, she is responsible for the accuracy of the project set-up across CRM application, maintain housekeeping of CRM and supporting documentation in order to users execute business processes and work closely with the ops team on process improvement
