The Career Resource Network® is our digital hub where employees in transition can manage their entire job search. Available 24/7 across desktop, tablet and mobile devices, the CRN is personalized to each individual based on selected job criteria, goals, relevant subjects, and training scheduled. As an individual progresses through their job search, CRN adapts to their career goals and stage of the process keeping them focused on the activities, information and job leads that are most important to achieving their career goals.

Digital talent exchange

The Digital Talent Exchange is our proprietary platform designed to market transitioning individuals directly to thousands of employers who are hiring, including our 7,000 clients worldwide. Every individual has a unique profile in the Digital Talent Exchange so they can be matched to the talent needs of employers and proactively promoted directly to hiring managers, talent acquisition professionals and recruiters.

Ella: our digital career agent

Ella is an AI-powered Digital Career Agent who works alongside our career coaches, talent promoters and recruitment specialists. She offers up daily job leads that target each individual’s unique career goals, so they find new jobs— easier and faster.
