Global Head of Reward & Benefits Remote with some travel Paying up to £100k DOE + Car Allowance + Bonus


Responsibilities:


Our client, a global organisation operating across multiple industries, is currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as the Global Head of Reward & Benefits.


As the Global Head of Reward, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of the organisation's global reward and benefit strategies. Leveraging your true global experience and proven tenure, you will ensure the organisation remains competitive in attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent across the globe.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Utilise your extensive experience gained across relevant industries, including unionised, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and automotive sectors, to shape comprehensive reward programmes that align with the organisation's goals and values.


2. Prepare Board and Remco papers, providing analysis and insights to support decision-making on executive compensation, equity plans, and reward schemes.


3. Lead the design, implementation, and management of bonus and salary review processes, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.


4. Drive job evaluation, grading, and salary benchmarking initiatives to ensure consistent and fair compensation practises across the organisation.


5. Apply your analytical and structured mindset to analyse compensation data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to enhance the overall reward strategy.


6. Stay well-grounded in sourcing and managing global reward and benefit options, staying informed about industry best practises and trends.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven tenure and extensive experience in similar leadership roles, demonstrating a track record of success in designing and implementing global reward and benefit strategies.
  • Strong expertise in preparing Board and Remco papers, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compensation concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in job evaluation, grading, and salary benchmarking methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
