Commercial Solicitor - 9 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Advising on a wide range of commercial legal matters within the healthcare sector
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements
• Providing legal support and guidance to the organisation's various departments
• Keeping up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations impacting the healthcare industry
• Conducting legal research and providing recommendations to mitigate legal risks
• Assisting with the resolution of legal disputes as needed
• Collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a strong academic background
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in commercial law, healthcare sector experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
