The Opportunity
This is a part-time role (three full days or four shorter days per week) offering a blend of remote working with two days based in Bracknell. You'll join on a 12-month fixed-term contract and work closely with senior stakeholders and HR colleagues to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Organisational Development & Change
- Design and deliver change management interventions with measurable impact.
- Lead or coordinate tailored OD interventions, collaborating with external experts where appropriate.
People Analytics & Insights
- Utilise global tools to generate actionable insights.
- Analyse workforce trends and provide regular updates to inform business decisions.
Employee Engagement & People Growth
- Drive innovative engagement and development strategies.
- Promote a learning culture using both global and local initiatives.
- Support talent development across the UK & Ireland.
- Equip managers and HRBPs with practical tools for growth and performance.
- Deliver timely and engaging communications that reinforce organisational culture.

- Degree-level education and/or CIPD qualification; OD certification desirable.
