Residential Property Solicitor / Lawyer / Conveyancer Location: Cardiff or Bristol (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Salary: Competitive, with compelling and achievable bonus scheme Hours: Full-time


A well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor / Lawyer to join their growing team in either Cardiff or Bristol.


This is a growth role, offering a rare opportunity to join during a key period of expansion, with clear scope for development and progression up to Senior Associate level. The firm offers a supportive and collaborative environment that values quality over quantity and promotes a genuinely healthy work-life balance.

This firm have grown organically in recent years and have a stellar reputation in the residential property sector, referrals are organic, and long-term relationships have seen them perform well.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
  • Deliver high-quality client service with time and resources to do the job properly
  • Work closely with an experienced and friendly team across both offices
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the department

Ideal Candidate:


  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or qualified by experience
  • Solid experience handling residential property matters independently
  • Organised, proactive, and client-focused
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • For Senior Associate level: experience with complex matters and mentoring junior staff
