A leading UK law firm is seeking a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor or Associate (2-6 PQE) to join its national Real Estate Dispute Resolution team.


Working under a highly regarded Partner and Head of Department, you'll advise a broad range of commercial clients on complex and high-value property matters. The role covers:



  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes


  • Dilapidations, rent arrears, and forfeiture


  • Development-related issues (e.g. rights of light, restrictive covenants)


  • Adverse possession and boundary disputes


  • Enforcement and possession proceedings


  • Lease renewals and rent reviews


  • Property-related professional negligence


You'll join a wider real estate group known for its specialist expertise and collaborative, supportive structure. The team spans multiple offices, with a strong client base including developers, institutional landlords, retailers, and property investors.

Requirements:
