Our client, a leading train operator in the UK, is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join their dynamic marketing team in Southwark, London. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's vision as they celebrate 200 years of passenger rail travel in 2025.


What You'll Do:


As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving ticket sales, app awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative digital marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Senior Campaigns Manager to plan and execute highly effective digital campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Work closely with digital specialists and the media agency to optimise campaign performance and budget allocation based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Digital Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a digital marketing roadmap with key stakeholders to enhance revenue growth.
  • Campaign Testing & Improvement: Identify opportunities for testing and analysis, sharing engagement rates and revenue attribution metrics.
  • Personalization at Scale: Understand and implement strategies for digital personalization, integrating first-party data effectively.

This role is perfect for a commercially-minded and collaborative team player who thrives on analytics and attention to detail. To be considered for this position, you should have:


  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, delivering outstanding ROI.
  • Expertise in making data-driven decisions to maximise returns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics GA4) and the ability to interpret data to generate actionable insights.
  • A qualification in digital marketing, ideally at degree level, with certifications from recognised bodies being advantageous.
