Our client, a growing and innovative organisation based in Eastbourne, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an HR Manager where you will be a key contributor and business partner to the management team. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of strategic HR plans that align with the organisation's business objectives whilst providing operational HR support.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Developing HR strategies, solutions and people plans.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to deliver effective performance management processes and create development plans for employees.
  • Facilitating employee engagement programmes and conducting surveys to drive continuous improvement.
  • Producing and analysing HR data to support objectives and actions.
  • Leading on complex employee relations cases.
  • Designing and implementing an Early Careers strategy and a learning and development framework.
  • Providing expert HR guidance to business leaders and line managers on various HR matters.
  • Building an employee-oriented company culture that emphasises quality, cost-effectiveness and high performance.
  • Developing and executing strategic talent development plans and supporting managers in sourcing and selecting high-calibre candidates.

The successful candidate will have:


  • Strong HR business partnering experience, operating at a senior level.
  • Previous experience with psychometric tools to build development programmes and leadership capabilities would be ideal.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience, motivation and the ability to adapt to a continuously evolving environment.
  • Proven experience in leading cultural change projects.
  • Experience in developing and coaching a team of HR professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse HR data to provide relevant metrics.
