We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an NQ to join our client's dynamic and rapidly expanding independent Banking and Finance team. This team handles a broad range of work, including development and real estate finance, structured finance, bridging loans, and asset-based lending.
As an NQ in this team, you can expect to work under the supervision of a team of experienced lawyers and take on the following responsibilities:
- Independently managing your own caseload and liaising with clients from day one.
- Assisting partners and legal directors on high-value matters.
- Developing your business development skills, building your own contacts and client base.

We are looking for a candidate who will thrive in a dynamic and engaging environment like our client's organisation. The qualities and skills required to succeed in this role include:
- Experience in real estate finance/secured lending or previous experience within a real estate team is preferred (but not essential).
- Experience in a corporate or corporate recovery training seat.
- A genuine interest and passion for banking work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative.
- The ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
