As a Managing Associate, you will advise residential developers on land acquisitions, site assembly, planning, construction, development funding, disposals, and estate management. With involvement in some of the region's most significant residential led developments, this role offers a wide and varied workload.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting and being mentored by an outstanding team of lawyers.
Working closely with Partners to develop and expand the offering to developers.
Advising residential developers on a range of issues, including land acquisitions, planning, construction, and disposals.
Involvement in some of the region's high-profile and significant residential led developments.
Who we're looking for:
An experienced residential development solicitor with over six years' experience.
Preferably, someone with experience in residential development land acquisitions.
A team player who can work to challenging timescales.
Excellent planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent client service.
