Job Advert: Supervising Lawyer - Due Diligence

Our client, a global law firm with a presence in over 40 countries, is seeking a driven and experienced Supervising Lawyer to join their well-established Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) and lead their M&A due diligence sub-team. Responsibilities:
Support and supplement the day-to-day work of the due diligence team, ensuring standard ways of working, robust checks, and quality controls.
Supervise and manage the majority of the team's due diligence projects, acting as the initial point of contact and providing updates to stakeholders.
Assist in the development and expansion of the LDC Due Diligence offering by building relationships with the firm's Corporate practise group, identifying LDC solutions, and improving operational processes and training materials.
Provide general line management responsibility for the team, including workload allocation, performance reviews, and identifying training needs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years' experience working within a Corporate Legal Team or similar setting.
LLB, GDL, or equivalent Law degree.
Strong organisational skills and clear communication abilities.
Professionalism, dedication to exceeding expectations, and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
Desirable:
Proven capability in managing buy-side and sell-side M&A due diligence, including multi-jurisdictional transactions, within a commercial law firm.
Qualified solicitor.
