Our client is a leading energy business who are at the cutting edge of this field and with huge growth plans which include increasing their head count by 25% in the next 5 years are looking for a strong commercially aware Human Resources Business partner to join their team.


A full-time role with Hybrid working and paying up to £70,000 you will have a passion for working with people and delivering change.

Reporting to the Head of Business Partners the HR Business Partner will be an integral part of an HR team as well as occupying a key role in the senior management teams of up to three executive directors. You will be tenacious and resilient about getting to grips with the challenges they face and help them to deliver effective solutions.

The successful candidate will be influential at all levels. You'll support the cultural and people aspects of change, organisational design, talent and succession planning, D&I as well as driving efficiency and improvement in key cyclical activities, reward, performance management and work force planning.


They are looking for someone who:



  • Is passionate about employee experience


    * Is CIPD qualified to Chartered Member level or has equivalent work experience


    * Is experienced in managing HR projects / initiatives / interventions, from conception to implementation, against scope, timescales, cost and quality


    * Has high levels of emotional intelligence


    * Has experience working in a complex multi-site/ field services organisation


    * Has business acumen and is commercially savvy


    * Can operate both strategically and operationally
