Are you a seasoned Reward Manager ready to make your mark in a cutting-edge, global organisation? We're searching for an experienced professional to join our client's dynamic and innovative team. As a technology-driven, future-facing company, they're committed to embracing innovation while inspiring and supporting both their clients and employees.


In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Senior Reward Manager, overseeing BAU (business as usual) compensation activities and driving impactful Reward projects across the UK, EMEA, and APAC. This is your chance to shape and execute the company's global reward strategy while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:


  • Deliver Global Reward Strategy: Support and implement initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Lead Reward Projects: Oversee global annual review cycles, pay gap reporting, and a variety of compensation-related projects.
  • Collaborate & Drive Success: Work closely with stakeholders across all levels, managing Reward Analysts (2), and ensuring project success.
  • Data Analysis & Presentation: Conduct in-depth data analysis, presenting findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Create Positive Change: Be a driving force behind key people projects that align with the company's goals.

What You'll Bring:


  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Proven experience in compensation management including job levelling and bonus frameworks.
  • Strong project management skills, ideally in a large professional services or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic, results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data governance.
  • Team management experience is preferred, with a background in professional services sector as a plus.
