We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Learning & Development Manager (or Manager - depending on your qualifications) to join our client's EMEA Learning and Development team. This is a permanent role with plenty of room for growth, creativity, and global collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the charge in designing and delivering cutting-edge legal skills training initiatives that align with our global L&D programming.
- Collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry - from partners and practice group leaders to knowledge and innovation teams.
- Be the go-to mentor, manager, and L&D ambassador, shaping not just internal growth but also building external relationships with industry experts.
- Enjoy the perks of occasional international travel to our global offices (typically once or twice a year - how's that for adventure?).

- A former qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience at an international law firm.
- You've got experience under your belt designing and delivering top-tier legal and leadership training.
- Bonus points if you've got a coaching qualification or psychometric tools experience!
