Are you an ambitious legal professional looking to join a growing and high-performing team? We are currently seeking an NQ or Associate to join our clients expanding Asset Based Lending team. With exciting new client mandates, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in asset-based lending work and work alongside a team of experts.
About Our Client:
Our client is a leading provider of asset-based lending services in the UK. They work with a diverse range of clients, including FTSE 100 companies and local businesses, and have a strong presence both nationally and internationally. As part of their national team, you'll have the chance to collaborate with partners and team members across their offices.
The Role:
As an ABL Associate, you will play a key role in transaction delivery, client relationship development, and the expansion of the team and practise. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of asset-based lending transactions, including syndicated facilities, sponsor-backed deals, cross-border transactions, and off-balance sheet receivables purchase programmes. This is a client-facing role, where you'll work closely with well-known clients on high-profile deals. You will also be involved in the formulation of new marketing strategies and materials and be encouraged to take responsibility for business development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor NQ - 4 PQE.
- Experience in Receivables or Structured Finance, General Banking and Finance, and/or Restructuring is advantageous.
- A genuine interest and willingness to learn about asset-based lending.
- Strong client relationship building skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to provide tailored advice.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from other relevant disciplines.
- Curiosity and a desire to understand clients and their needs.
