Our client, an a leading National Law Firm, is offering an exciting opportunity for a senior Corporate Solicitor to join their thriving Corporate team. With a focus on education clients, including renowned universities and national charity organisations, this role is perfect for an ambitious Solicitor looking to advise on strategic corporate projects.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake cutting-edge, high-profile national and international projects for universities and charities, including recent involvement in major university mergers.
- Engage in a diverse range of corporate work across different markets and sectors within our client's organisation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' PQE as a Corporate Lawyer.
- Interest and familiarity with the structure of educational establishments and/or different types of charities (preferred but not essential).
- Technically strong with commercial awareness and transactional experience.
- Excellent drafting and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills.
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute to marketing activities.
- Attention to detail and superb organisational and prioritisation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
