We're seeking an experienced Insolvency Manager to join a growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role is perfect for a motivated professional with strong corporate insolvency experience and a passion for leading casework and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of corporate insolvency matters, primarily CVLs.
Oversee case progression, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.
Liaise with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders.
Review investigation reports and financial analysis with minimal supervision.
Prepare statutory reports, updates, and final outcome documentation.
Support and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in corporate insolvency.
Strong knowledge of CVL processes, investigations, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in insolvency software (e.g. IPS) and Microsoft Office.
CPI/JIEB or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not essential.
