Job Title: Interim In-House Legal Counsel

The Role:
As an Interim In-House Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in providing sound legal advice and support while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving complex legal issues and identifying potential risks, thus contributing to the success and growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Working autonomously as well as with the wider team to review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts across a wide range of sectors such as technology and construction
- Handle legal matters relating to intellectual property, disputes, data protection, and other relevant areas
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, ensuring the company's practises remain legally compliant
- Occasionally dealing with Corporate and CoSec matters
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in-house.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and contract drafting, experience in dispute resolution would be advantageous but not essential.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
