Our client is seeking a talented FP&A Manager who is eager to contribute to their success and drive cost efficiency. This is a permanent, full-time position with great opportunities for career progression and development.
As part of the senior finance team, you will work closely with the CFO and Shareholders playing a key role in strategic and commercial decision making across the business. You will take ownership of the month-end process and be responsible for producing enhanced variance analysis for all group reporting purposes. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to provide advice and challenge where necessary. You will be actively involved in Senior Management meetings, discussing performance and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. You will also take ownership of company financial models, continuously seeking to improve them and building new models to drive greater insight.
Salary: £85K - £95K + bonus + car allowance
Hybrid working - 2 days office per week
To be successful in this role, you should be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified and at least 5 years of previous experience within FP&A. You will, have strong business acumen and an eagerness to understand the drivers of the business. The ability to demonstrate confident stakeholder management skills at c-suite level, with strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
