Your Role:
As our Credit Controller, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring our clients maintain good credit standing while building lasting relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Accounts: Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers regarding payment terms, outstanding balances, and queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on aged debtors and provide insights to help improve cash flow.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle any discrepancies with invoices or payments, resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and finance, to streamline processes and support our clients effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of credit management principles and practises.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-allowing you to engage effectively with clients.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills to assess financial situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
