Jeanne, known as JC, is the Chief Executive Officer of the UK and Ireland, responsible for delivering the performance and growth of Lee Hecht Harrison Penna. She is also a member of Lee Hecht Harrison’s EMEA leadership team. JC has more than 25 years of experience in leading international consultancies, including as head of Europe & Asia for a global management consultancy and lead for a 1,000-person consulting group in Health, Education & Social Policy in the US. JC also serves on the Board of Fedcap, a New York City-headquartered non-profit that helps those with barriers to employment find jobs and gain financial independence. JC has an excellent track record of leading and developing high-growth organisations where exceptional client experience is paramount. She also has demonstrated success in M&A for professional services organisations.JC holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Brown University in the US, and her education includes studies on the European Economic Community (now European Union) at the Institute for European Studies at the University of Freiburg in Germany and studies on Mergers & Acquisitions at the Kellogg School of Business in the US.
Kerry is responsible for creating, defining and executing the marketing strategy for EMEA. A seasoned marketing leader, she has spent over 18 years successfully creating, influencing and delivering the marketing, sales, channel and product strategies for HR, talent and recruitment firms. Having worked in tech, consultancy and serviced-based organisations, from start ups to global enterprises, Kerry uses her insight into the world of HR to ensure the organisations she works in are designing, delivering and promoting high-value, high-impact solutions to HR leaders.For the last 4 years, Kerry has worked in the workforce transformation arena, heading up the marketing team at the Savile Group and then Penna prior to the acquisition by LHH.
Laura Welsh is the Head of HR for Lee Hecht Harrison Penna for UK & Ireland. Laura has a BA in French and Russian and an MA in Human Resource Management. Laura is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has more than 15 years’ experience; leading HR in a range of businesses both in the public and private sectors in the UK and Ireland. Laura joined Lee Hecht Harrison Penna in early 2017
