LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a harm reduction and outreach charity to appoint a Counselling Coordinator.


The Counselling Coordinator will lead a highly skilled team of counsellors delivering and developing a range of psychosocial interventions to support people wishing to address their use of psycho-stimulant drugs. The aim is to reduce harm and the incidence of physical and mental health problems associated with the use of psycho-stimulant drugs.


In this role you will take forward the monitoring, evaluation, and on-going development of the service and the model of complex casework. You will liaise with other agencies, and you will work constructively and supportively with the Counselling team and wider Crew team.


We are looking for an individual who is an experienced counsellor with the ability to build therapeutic relationships, deal positively with change and to work under pressure. You will be well-organised with excellent time management and leadership skills and have experience handling complex case work.
