John Morgan

Executive Vice President
John Morgan is an experienced Management Consultant and Executive in the Talent Development/Mobility industry. John has more than 17 years of experience in professional services and is currently an Executive Vice President with Lee Hecht Harrison with overall responsibility for the United States.

In his role at Lee Hecht Harrison John has overall responsibility for meeting the firm's annual sales and profitability goals across the US zone. John is also responsible for all US operations and client service delivery including Career Transition Solutions, Executive Coaching and Change Management Services. During his 10 years at Lee Hecht Harrison he has led some of the firm's largest client engagements.

Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, John was a Senior Manager at Stromberg Consulting where he also led large scale human capital solutions for Fortune 500 companies in the Pharmaceutical, Retail, Financial Services and Professional Services industries. One of John’s major accomplishments included leading the redesign and implementation of a Marketing Operations function at a Fortune 50 Pharmaceutical company. This work included overseeing a detailed employee activity analysis, development of new employee role descriptions, and overseeing the talent assessment for the entire department.

John also has extensive experience in training/learning design and internal communication strategies to help drive desired organization and employee change.

Michael Claprood

Senior Vice President, Managing Director - Western Region
Michael is Regional Managing Director for Lee Hecht Harrison's Western Region, where he manages the P&L for 12 offices across Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, and New Mexico. Michael leads a highly successful team of career coaches, business developers and operations staff. He has more than 15 years of experience assisting organizations going through workforce transformations specializing in Career Transition and Outplacement, Career Management Consulting, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness. Prior to this role, Michael was Senior Vice President, Area Director for the Southern California cluster for LHH. His focus was managing the sales and client relations for four Southern California offices. Michael lead the cluster to significant year-over-year growth. Michael holds a bachelor and Master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University and has completed the MBA highlight program at INSEAD.

Sarah Dollander is Managing Director of Lee Hecht Harrison’s Mid-Atlantic Region, leading a diverse team of successful sales and delivery professionals who support companies through their workforce transformations. Sarah is passionate about Making a Difference for our clients and candidates within our Talent Development and Career Transition practices. She has enjoyed a successful 16-year career at LHH which includes hiring, mentoring and developing our next generation of leaders at LHH. In addition to her work at LHH, Sarah volunteers her time at Dress for Success Charlotte and the American Heart Association.

She is the Managing Director of Lee Hecht Harrison’s US Talent Development business.In her role she has overall responsibility for growing the business, including meeting annual sales and profitability goals across the US zone. Kristen is also responsible for all US Talent Development operations and client service delivery. She works with C-suite and senior business leaders to provide talent and leadership development solutions proven to improve organizational and individual performance by leveraging her deep and broad content knowledge in organizational leadership and development, specializing in enterprise-wide solutions. Kristen has a passion for cultivating talent and is known for her collaborative approach and strategic mindset.

A native Texan, Russell is a high energy consultant with 17+ years of global experience assisting a broad range of Fortune 500 organizations with planning restructurings; helping people navigate change; developing and engaging employees; and redeploying and transitioning employees.
