San Diego, CA – February 21, 2018: Lee Hecht Harrison, the world’s leading talent development and transition company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlene Ramey Hutchins to Senior Vice President of Business Development, a move that will continue to strengthen the company’s market-leading profile in the dynamic and demanding San Diego market.
Charlene, who has more than 16 years of experience with LHH as a trusted human capital advisor and strategist, is passionate about developing and applying innovative human capital solutions that are specifically tailored to her client’s long-term needs.
Her years of experience in the human capital space give her unique insight into our core practice areas.Prior to joining LHH, Charlene served as an executive recruiter at both client and candidate levels. She received her MBA from Pepperdine University, where she also worked as the Director of Administrative Services. Charlene earned her certification in Coaching from the Hudson Institute and her BS degree in Business Administration/Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
Charlene is active within the HR community through her involvement with the San Diego HR Forum and SHRM. She has served on various boards and committees for non-profits including the San Diego Crew Classic and the Junior League.
