LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant for one our clients located in Akron, OH 44301. Do you have great experience providing support to C-suite Executives? If so, this may be a great opportunity for you!
This is a contract position due to last 3-6 months.
Job scope/Duties
• Coordinate general office functions
• Maintain calendar
• Process and manage contributions in SAP
• Resolve issues that involves researching, prioritizing, and following up
• Assist with planning activities for campaigns and events
• Make travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and conference calls
• Prepare presentations and correspondence
• Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
• Previous experience providing support to a SR Executive
• Degree preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must have SAP experience
Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organization and Time Management
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Must have solid writing and analytical skills
Physical Requirements
• General office environment
• This is a Hybrid position – 2 days onsite
Shift/Hours
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am-5:00pm, 40HRS a week
Compensation
• $26.50 - $33.75HR DOE
