Job Type: Full-time, Contract-to-Hire Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Job Description:
LHH has partnered with a client in Albuquerque, NM, seeking to hire a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong bookkeeping skills and proficiency in Excel to contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile multiple accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
Financial Statements Preparation: Assist in preparing tax return financial statements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
General Ledger Bookkeeping: Manage general ledger bookkeeping tasks, ensuring all entries are correct and up-to-date.
Full Cycle Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable processes, maintaining accurate records and timely payments.
Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel for various accounting tasks, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience in general ledger bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of full cycle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
