LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring for a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in Albuquerque, NM area. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to accurately track and record cash flow. This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise.


Responsibilities

  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Intercompany transactions
  • Review, edit and process invoices
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
  • Maintain accounting files and records, both physical and electronic
  • Track expenses and process expense reports

  • Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years in accounting or related field
  • Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
  • Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
  • Detail oriented
