LHH Recruitment has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to work for a small but thriving accounting firm in NE Albuquerque, NM. This is a contract-to-hire role that will pay $19.00-$20.50 to start.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk by greeting clients
  • Answer calls; route as necessary
  • Provide top-notch customer service
  • Assist with basic tax prep during busy season
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Maintain document system
  • Ad-hoc projects
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient at an intermediate level of Word/Excel
  • Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be conscientious and resourceful
  • Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

    Employment Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5pm; OT during tax season

    Location: NE Albuquerque, NM

    Compensation: $19-21.50/hour
