LHH Recruitment has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant in SE Albuquerque, NM. In this role you will be providing support to the COO and as such, prior experience supporting C-Suite executives is required. Pay for this temp-to-hire position will be between $18.00 and $25.00 per hour, dependent upon experience. The successful candidate will exhibit a high level of professionalism while taking initiative and working independently

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and attend meetings; take meeting minutes
  • Project coordination
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Make travel arraignments
  • Assist with budget and expense processing
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Skills/Qualifications

  • 5+ years of high-level administrative experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Critical thinking
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire

    Employment Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

    Location: SE Albuquerque, NM

    Compensation: $18.00-$25.00/hour, DOE
