What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with branch managers to drive performance improvements through coaching, documentation, and training.
- Manage the full life cycle of leave of absences, ensuring compliance and timely follow-up.
- Provide expert guidance on New Mexico labor laws, sick leave, and EEOC compliance.
- Conduct investigations, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HR processes align with legal and organizational standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- ? Minimum 3 years of recent HR Generalist experience with progressive growth.
- ? Strong knowledge of New Mexico labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- ? Proven experience in leave management and employee relations.
- ? Ability to thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical HR team.
- ? If currently unemployed, please include a brief explanation.
Bonus Points For:
- ? PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
- ? Experience in the credit union or banking industry.
