What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with branch managers to drive performance improvements through coaching, documentation, and training.
  • Manage the full life cycle of leave of absences, ensuring compliance and timely follow-up.
  • Provide expert guidance on New Mexico labor laws, sick leave, and EEOC compliance.
  • Conduct investigations, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HR processes align with legal and organizational standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ? Minimum 3 years of recent HR Generalist experience with progressive growth.
  • ? Strong knowledge of New Mexico labor laws and federal employment regulations.
  • ? Proven experience in leave management and employee relations.
  • ? Ability to thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical HR team.
  • ? If currently unemployed, please include a brief explanation.

Bonus Points For:

  • ? PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • ? Experience in the credit union or banking industry.
