Job Title: IT Administrator
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Salary Range: $65k-$85k, DOE
Job Summary: Are you a tech-savvy professional looking for a dynamic and rewarding role? We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our team and provide comprehensive IT support to our staff. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact our operations and help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch IT support to our dedicated staff, ensuring smooth operations in the quality home care and finance and accounting departments.
Manage user access, data integrity, and security for essential software portals and systems such as QuickBooks, Sharefile, Barracuda, and state Medicaid portals.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to connectivity, compatibility, and performance of systems and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain and upgrade servers, networks, and hardware as needed, with the potential to bring some outsourced services in-house.
Stay ahead of technology updates and changes that impact our operations, and effectively communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
Lead IT projects aimed at streamlining and improving billing, payroll, and invoicing processes, and seek innovative software solutions to automate and optimize data flow.
Report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with other leaders.
Some day travel to another site may also be required (will have access to a company vehicle).
Qualifications:
At least three to five years of IT experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
Degree in IT or a related field, or relevant certifications or stellar experience.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Windows environment and Microsoft Office.
